 Reservations links for WVADA and WVSSAC. If a guest is only attending one of those, I would recommend using the appropriate link for their respective meeting. If a guest is attending both, rather than making two reservations (1 on each link), I would recommend using the WVSSAC link and simply adjusting the dates accordingly, since there are many more rooms under WVSSAC than WVADA.

WVADA ANNUAL CONFERENCE 2023 The 2023 West Virginia Athletic Directors’ Association Conference will be held at the Stonewall Resort State Park, Roanoke, West Virginia on April 1-2, 2023. The Conference had continued to grow over past years until the pandemic hit. But we anticipate great attendance from our members this year since we will be meeting in person again this year. Your attendance at the conference should be very beneficial for you and your company. You have the opportunity to meet and talk with many of the leading athletic administrators in the state of West Virginia. As a conference exhibitor, your company is provided a space to display merchandise and admission to the hospitality room. Sponsorship Package Options *Varsity (conference exhibitor and listed on website) $225.00 *All-Tournament (exhibitor, website, banner at events, and North/South Basketball All-Star game program ad) $750.00 *All-League (Same as All-Tournament with opportunity for short presentation about company at conference) $1,500.00 *All-State (same as All-League and sponsorship of the WVADA Executive Board Page in all WVSSAC Tournament programs) $2,500.00 The WVADA has reserved a block of rooms at the Stonewall Resort for those who plan to attend. These rooms are being offered at a special rate per night, single or double. You can make a reservation at the Stonewall Resort by going to the WVADA Website (wvada.org) to reserve your room online. Reservation deadline is March 24, 2023. Cost of room will be $119.00 plus tax. We are in need of door prizes for the conference. Providing a door prize is a great way to become known to the membership. We would welcome your participation in this area. Please let us know if you would prefer to do a door prize drawing at your booth or at the conclusion of each general session before we break and visit the exhibits.
